An easy and yummy frittata recipe using a cast iron skillet. Egg mixture combined with ham, tomatoes, spinach and cheese. A delicious brunch and breakfast!

Ingredients

fresh spinach

ham
sliced or cubed

cherry tomatoes
halves

shredded colby jack cheese
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large bowl combine eggs, milk, garlic powder and salt. Whisk to mix well.
Add cooking oil to cast iron skillet and heat skillet on medium heat.
Add spinach and saute until softened, do not overcook. Then add egg mixture to skillet.
Add cherry tomatoes, ham shredded cheese. Make sure to spread them out all over the skillet.
Remove skillet from heat and bring to oven immediately.
Bake for 20-22 minutes or until egg is completely cooked.
Remove skillet from oven and let it sit for a few minutes. Then slice them into triangular pieces and serve! Enjoy!
