This Asian baked crab dip is baked in the oven until hot and bubbly. Loaded with imitation crab, green onions, garlic, seasonings and spices, and topped with sweet chili sauce for serving.
Add all ingredients to a medium mixing bowl: cream cheese, sour cream, green onion, crab meat, mozzarella, garlic, sugar, and salt. Mix until fully combined.
Grease baking dish with cooking oil and bring mixture into dish. Use a spatula to spread it out evenly.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.
Optional step: broil for 3 minutes to brown the top.
Optional step: after baking, top with sweet chili sauce.
