Crunchy, sweetened granola with chocolate and peanut butter chips

Ingredients

slivered almonds

shredded unsweetened coconut

brown sugar

100% pure maple syrup

chocolate chips

peanut butter chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Combine oats, slivered almonds, and shredded unsweetened coconut into a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
Add brown sugar, 100% pure maple syrup, and vegetable oil into the mixing bowl. Mix well to combine all ingredients in bowl.
Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Pour and spread out mixture onto cookie sheet.
Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, give ingredients on cookie sheet a good stir, then spread them out on cookie sheet again, and bake in oven for another 15 minutes.
Remove from oven. Granola should be slightly golden brown and crunchy.
Let it cool for 2 hours
Add chocolate and peanut butter chips into the mixture once cool. Mix well.
Enjoy immediately! Or transfer to air-tight container to consume later.
