Onion | Butter | Garlic Lemon | Arborio Rice | Oil White Wine | Chicken Broth Parmesan Cheese | Salt
Heat oil, then add butter, diced onions and garlic and cook until soft. Stir in lemon zest to combine.
Next, stir in the rice and cook for one minute, then deglaze with wine. Bring to a boil and let it cook for a couple of minutes.
Add the chicken broth, stirring continuously. Reduce the heat and gradually add more broth, stirring as the rice slowly absorbs it and becomes tender.
Fold in lemon juice and parmesan cheese, and season with salt to taste.
