Cucumbers | Red Onion Roma Tomatoes | Feta Black Olives Greek Lemon Vinaigrette Olive Oil | Lemon Juice Oregano | Maple Syrup Garlic | Salt & Pepper
In a small bowl, combine all vinaigrette ingredients and mix well. Slice cucumbers, tomatoes and red onions.
Drain the black olives and slice them in halves. Add everything into a large bowl.
Drizzle with vinaigrette and toss to combine. Sprinkle with crumbled feta, then serve and enjoy!
Greek Cucumber Salad goes well with any form of protein, but I especially love it with grilled meats.
