French Onion Pasta

Inspired by French onion soup, this delicious French Onion Pasta recipe features rigatoni pasta tossed with caramelized onions, mushrooms, and creamy melted Gruyère and Swiss cheese. It's so delicious!

Melt the butter, then cook the onions until they are caramelized. While the onions are cooking, cook the pasta.

INSTRUCTIONS

Add salt, garlic, and mushrooms to the onions and cook until the mushrooms begin to soften. Then add in the wine and deglaze the pan.

Bring to a boil and allow to cook down, then stir in beef broth and heavy cream. Add cheese and stir until fully melted.

Toss in cooked pasta, serve and enjoy!
