Acai Smoothie Bowl

Frozen acai blended with fruits and apple juice to create a thick and delicious acai bowl. Topped with fresh fruits and granola for the ultimate enjoyment!

  • 2 frozen unsweetened acai puree packets ~4 oz per packet
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups apple juice more if needed
  • 1 dates


  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2-3 dates
  • 1/4 cup granola


  • Run acai packets under warm water and cut/break them into smaller pieces, remove acai pieces from packets, and add to blender. Also add banana, frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, and apple juice. Blend. If blender is stuck, try stirring, and if that still doesn't work, add more apple juice if needed.
  • Bring blended fruits into two bowls. Then add toppings to it.
  • Serve and enjoy!
