Acai Smoothie Bowl

Frozen acai blended with fruits and apple juice to create a thick and delicious acai bowl. Topped with fresh fruits and granola for the ultimate enjoyment!

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen unsweetened acai puree packets ~4 oz per packet
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups apple juice more if needed
  • 1 dates

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2-3 dates
  • 2 tbsp granola

Instructions

  • Run acai packets under warm water and cut/break them into smaller pieces, remove acai pieces from packets, and add to blender.
  • Also add banana, frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, and apple juice. Blend. If blender is stuck, try stirring, and if that still doesn't work, add more apple juice if needed.
  • Bring blended fruits into two bowls. Then add toppings to it.
  • Serve and enjoy!
