Creole Cream Cheese Wonton Cups
Mini bite sized Creole inspired crispy wonton cups filled with seasoned cream cheese mixture, sausage, green onions and drizzled with a tangy, zesty sauce! A fun twist to the classic cream cheese wontons.

Ingredients

Tony Chachere’s Lite Creole Seasoning

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 425°F.
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Tony Chachere’s Lite Creole Seasoning, spring onions, and red onions. Mix well to combine.
Grease muffin tin.
Bring two pieces of wonton wrappers to each muffin cups, press to form a cup shape.
Add ~1 tbsp cream cheese mixture to each muffin cup.
Slice sausage and top a slice of sausage onto the top of cream cheese mixture on each wonton cup.
Bake for 9-10 minutes.
To make the sauce, whisk together all ingredients under ‘sauce’.
Remove from oven and drizzle the tops of each wonton cup with sauce, then garnish with more green onions.
Serve the rest of the sauce on the side as a dip. Enjoy!
