Scrumptious bite-size Italian inspired slider sandwiches baked in the oven loaded with ham,
capocollo
, salami, banana peppers and melted cheese, smothered with garlic herb butter. Makes the perfect appetizer and finger food for parties and game day.

capocollo
thinly sliced

provolone cheese
6-8 slices

sweet banana peppers
sliced

salted butter
▢

garlic
minced

Italian seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 ℉.
Remove the tops of the sliders/dinner rolls and set aside.
Place the bottom half of the sliders/dinner rolls on a sheet pan.
Lay a thin layer of ham over the bottom half of the sliders making sure to fully cover the bread. Layer 1-2 more layers of ham.
Continue to layer with layers of salami, capocollo, and provolone cheese.
Sprinkle banana peppers on tops of the cheese.
Place the top of the sliders/dinner rolls back on top.
Melt butter and mix in minced garlic.
Generously brush the tops of the sliders with melted garlic butter mixer.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the sliders.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the meat is warm.
Serve and enjoy!
