Juicy, buttery salmon smothered with a sweet and tangy bbq glazed, paired with bright, juicy peach salsa - an easy 20-minute dinner that tastes like summer on a plate.
Prepare salsa ingredients by toss everything together in a small mixing bowl. Set aside while you cook the salmon.
Combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Season the top of the salmon filets with seasoning mixture. If using skin on salmon, season the skin-off side.
Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Once hot, drizzle with oil. Add salmon seasoned side down. Allow to brown, for ~1 minute. Flip over. Brush the tops of salmon (seasoned side) with BBQ sauce and place the skillet in the oven. Cook for 5 minutes or until the internal temperature of salmon reaches 145℉.
