This delicious and cozy baked oatmeal is a healthy breakfast and brunch option made with rolled oats, fresh apples, raisins, milk and brown sugar. Simply combine all ingredients and bake in the oven till perfection. So easy to make and so tasty!

peeled and diced, ~2 small apples

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325℉. Grease a 9"x9" baking dish.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, bring together the wet ingredients: butter, milk, egg, and vanilla.
Add in the dry ingredients: oats, baking powder, cinnamon, brown sugar, and salt. Mix well.
Fold in diced apples and raisins.
Pour into prepared baking dish, making sure to press down the oats into the liquid.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Serve and enjoy!
