A fun and easy appetizer and party food! Warm gooey dates wrapped with crispy bacon and topped with juicy pineapple.

Ingredients

bacon

pitted dates

sliced pineapple
canned or fresh

chopped parsley
garnish, optional
Instructions
Preheat oven for 425 degrees
Cut each strip of bacon into three pieces.
Wrap bacon around pitted dates and secure it with toothpicks.
Insert a slice of pineapple onto toothpick.
Place Bacon Wrapped Dates with Pineapple on a lined baking pan. Bake for 6 minutes on one side. Remove from oven and flip them over.
Bake for another 6 minutes, or longer if needed.
Remove and sprinkled with chopped parsley (optional). Serve and enjoy!
