Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad is a great side dish for potlucks, picnics, cookouts, barbecues or parties large and small. Rotini pasta is combined with bacon, peas, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, all in a creamy ranch sauce.
Cook pasta according to package directions making sure to add a pinch of salt to the water.
While pasta is cooking, cook bacon in the oven at 400℉ for 15 minutes. Alternatively, cook bacon in air fryer at 400℉ for 7 minutes. Once cooked, cool, and then chop.
Once pasta is finished cooking, drain and place in a large mixing bowl. Mix in frozen peas. Allow pasta to cool for a couple of minutes.
Add tomatoes, onions, and chopped bacon in with the pasta. Stir to combine.
Mix apple cider into Ranch dressing. Pour over the pasta mixture. Toss to coat.
Toss in shredded cheese. Optional: add salt to taste.
