Pre-heat oven to 350℉
Slice each slice of cheese into three strips. (There is a total of 9 strips, but we will only be using 8).
Separate the sheet of crescent roll into 8 triangles (crescent rolls should be prorated for easy separation).
Place one of the crescent roll triangle on a flat surface. Brush it with dijon mustard, then place a slice of ham on top of the crescent roll, followed by a strip of cheese.
Fold ham over to tuck it inside if it is spilling over. Then starting with the flat edge, fold over and roll up crescent roll, ham and cheese. After rolling, press the tip of the crescent roll down to seal.
Place crescent roll-up on a greased baking sheet or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Repeat 2-5 until all the crescent roll triangles are gone.
In a small bowl, bring together butter and garlic powder. Brush garlic butter onto the tops of each crescent roll-ups.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Cool for a few minutes. Serve and enjoy!
