"Goodbye Summer" Berry Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 heads Romain Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 4 tablespoon Brianna's blush wine vinaigrette
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1 cup grilled chicken

Instructions

  • Chop up 2 heads of romaine lettuce
  • Mix lettuce, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, grilled chicken in a large mixing bowl. Add vinaigrette. Toss well using a pair of tongs. 
  • Add croutons and slivered almonds
  • Transfer items from mixing bowl to individual salad bowls. 
  • Serve and enjoy
