Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp 100% pure maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300°F.
  • Combine oats, slivered almonds, and shredded unsweetened coconut into a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
  • Add brown sugar, 100% pure maple syrup, and vegetable oil into the mixing bowl. Mix well to combine all ingredients in bowl.
  • Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Pour and spread out mixture onto cookie sheet.
  • Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, give ingredients on cookie sheet a good stir, then spread them out on cookie sheet again, and bake in oven for another 15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven. Granola should be slightly golden brown and crunchy.
  • Let it cool for 2 hours
  • Add chocolate and peanut butter chips into the mixture once cool. Mix well.
  • Enjoy immediately! Or transfer to air-tight container to consume later.
