Penne Pasta | Chicken Breasts Italian Seasoning | Vodka Tomato Puree | Tomato Paste Butter | Heavy Cream | Sugar Garlic | Parmesan Cheese
Cook pasta according to package directions and season the chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Sear chicken in some olive oil, then set aside and cook onions and garlic until fragrant. Next, add vodka to deglaze.
Let it boil for a few minutes to cook down the alcohol. Then add in the butter, tomato puree and paste and let it simmer.
Stir in the heavy cream, seasoning, pasta and the sliced chicken. Then toss everything together to coat.
Garnish with parmesan cheese and enjoy!
