This one-pan Creamy Spinach Chicken is an easy chicken dinner with garlic spinach cream sauce that is flavorful, delicious and takes less than 30 minutes to prepare!
Chicken Cutlets Vegetable Oil All-Purpose Flour Butter Garlic Cloves Half and Half Chicken Broth Spinach Salt Black Pepper
Season chicken cutlets with salt and pepper. Then coat both sides with flour. Cook in hot oil in a skillet until they reach 165°F. Cook on one side until it's browned slightly, flip, and then cook on the other side.
Remove chicken from skillet, lower to medium heat, then add butter and garlic. Once garlic is fragrant, stir in flour, half and half and chicken broth. Stir until flour is dissolved and bring sauce to a boil.
Once sauce thickens, add spinach and fold it into the sauce. Bring chicken cutlets back into the skillet and coat each piece with sauce.
Remove from heat once chicken is covered with sauce. Chicken shouldn't stay in the sauce for more than a minute. Serve and enjoy!
