Cooked Rice | Chicken Breast Salt | Oil | Eggs White or Yellow Onion Garlic Cloves | Soy Sauce Sesame Oil | Black Pepper Frozen Mixed Vegetables Green Onions
Slice chicken into thin strips and season with salt. Beat eggs and cook them in hot oil. Remove from pan and set aside. Add more oil and cook the chicken, set aside.
Heat oil and cook onions and garlic until fragrant. Then add cooked rice. Stir for 30 seconds, then add bouillon, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper.
Stir in frozen mixed vegetables. Add the chicken pieces and egg/omelette pieces back into the skillet and stir to combine.
Garnish with green onions. Serve and enjoy!
