Best burger recipe EVER! I just made this on the cast iron skillet in bacon fat and I added bacon on top of the patty covered with the cheese slice. This is now my go to recipe!

Yes! You can double the spices and add a bit of liquid smoke. Grilling it, especially on a charcoal grill, will bring much more flavors than stovetop. Let me know how it goes!
