I tried this recipe this week and loved it! I couldn’t wait to eat the leftovers the next night. I love the sweet and savory mixed together. I melted some shredded colby-jack cheese on top. I made a larger portion (more mouths to feed), so it took a little longer for the sweet potatoes to get soft. Turned out great though! I’ll be adding this one to the rotation. Thanks for another new recipe!
