I deleted the pineapple and added a couple of splashes of sriracha sauce and it was incredible! I ate some from the pot before serving- that’s how good it was.

This was fantastic! So easy and quick to make. My college boy is back home and he asked what was for dinner. I asked what he wanted. He wanted Chinese food from a local town (we live in the country). First there is construction and you cannot get there and second, they don’t do a great job and I always end up not feeling well after eating it. And, it is expensive! So I said I would make something myself and found your recipe. He went back THREE times for another plate! Everyone loved it and agree we need to put this into the dinner mix. Thank you!
