Yes! That should be fine. The only thing I would take note of is that your batter would be cold when you remove from the refrigerator so you may need a few extra minutes of bake time. Hope you love this recipe! Please let me know how it goes!

Can you make the batter in advance & put it in the loaf pan lined with the parchment paper & keep it in the refrigerator for a few hours and then bake it so that it is warn when your guests arrive?
