This was very delicious. No need to pay the high restaurant prices when you can make this at home. I served it with brussels sprouts and some mashed potatoes, and it was such a good meal.

It came out so juicy and nicely seasoned, it’s even better than in the restaurant. I cannot believe how easy it was to perfect a steak. A good cut of meat is key though.

We’re really trying to watch our spending for eating out but love a good steak. This was fantastic. It’s nice being able to enjoy one at home that’s just as good. And thank you for the cooking tips.
