When I got this recipe in my inbox, I immediately looked for an excuse to make it. It was the perfect treat for a girls' night. It tastes just like cheesecake, so delicious! I just had to remember to make it in the morning. I left it in the fridge for 8 hours, and it held together well. For anyone wondering, it took a little under 1 1/2 packs of whole graham crackers to make the 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers. Thanks for a yummy dessert recipe, MinShien!
