Delicious, but makes an ENORMOUS quantity. Like my biggest pyrex baking bowl was literally overflowing. Made stirring everything together quite a challenge! I’ve got FOUR full tupperware lunch containers of this in the fridge right now. On the bright side, this was a success as a meal prep for the week’s lunches (I added some cubed ham for protein and plan to make little lettuce wraps with it). I’ll have plenty to take to work all week!
