I’ve had my eye on this recipe for a while and it didn’t disappoint! I was out of dill so I used fresh thyme instead and had cooked shredded chicken breast on hand so added that with the rice, broth and seasoning. I did use a large Knorr chicken bouillon cube. It was delicious and I really enjoyed the very subtle lemon flavor. I’ll definitely make this again and look forward to trying it with dill next time.
