This was heavenly! It’s not often that food this delicious is also this easy. I’ll be making this on a regular basis. I added a few diced carrots also. Marinating the chicken before cooking really made it tender. Wonderful recipe!

My family ate every bit of this! So good! I didn’t do the chilis because of the kids. We added a chili sauce on top and I loved it. You might as well double or triple the recipe. Thank you!
