Made this morning for family. Added all spice to egg mix, made it in a big cask iron and omitted ham. Whole family loved it <3 thank you!!

Can I make this recipe on a Thursday night to be eaten on Saturday morning? Should I bake it Thursday night or should I mix it together and keep it for a day until Saturday morning?
