I just finished eating the Crispy Tacos from your recipe! It reminds me of when I went to Jack in the Box in the 70s! thank you for this recipe I now will put it into my monthly rotation! It’s addicting and I have to cub myself to not overeat them!

I decided to try these after liking the baked chicken tacos so much. I like these even better! I love the crisp of the baked corn tortilla, and the ground beef mixture is yummy. They were a hit with my family as well. Both taco recipes will be on my rotation now.

These were easy and such a hit! I subbed dairy free cheese in my tacos and made the rest with regular cheese for my husband and son… both worked well. I didn’t have rotel, so I used mild salsa and it also was a success. My seven year old ate an entire taco, although he claimed not to LOVE them… that’s a big deal for a kid who’s typically picky with meat! These are going on my regular rotation of meals!
