Yes! Depending on humidity etc, bread making can have lots of variable. I would say as long as the dough doesn&#039;t stick to your fingers when you press on it, you should be just fine to not add the 1/4 cup. Start with 3 3/4 and add more if needed. I prefer my dough softer so I typically try not to add more flour unless it stick to my fingers too much when kneading the dough. Hope that helps! Let me know what you end up doing and how it went!]]></description>
