Easy recipe and results were sooo yummy! I will def make sweet potatoes this way often. I used half and half instead of milk as I wanted to use up what was left in the bottle. Next time I might try omitting the salt since I’m trying to lower my salt intake. This is a keeper recipe for anytime, but also great addition to Holiday meal.

I made these for the family tonight and they all loved them! Such a tasty spin on sweet potatoes! I’ll be making them for Thanksgiving.
