Yes! That will be just fine! Cook time may vary a little bit depending on the shape/size of the potatoes. Just bake until potatoes are tender. If the tops are browned before potatoes are tender, cover with aluminum foil to continue baking. Let me know how it goes!

I’ve just made this recipe for the 2nd time. it is in the oven as we speak. today I lost the recipe and searched the Internet high and low until I found it again. No other recipe would have been good enough. it’s the closest to home prides cheese and garlic potato bake sauce I have ever found and it tastes fantastic 😋

Can you please tell me how many bags of potatoes to use? I think the recipe calls for 2 3-5lb bags which has me confused. That seems like a lot. Help please! I don’t want to mess this up. Thanks!
