Probably not! Try it for 2.5 hours and see if it’s shreddable. If it is, then you should be good to go!

We are enjoying this BBQ chicken baked potato recipe! I had not worked with liquid smoke before – it makes such a difference and makes the dish taste like I put it in the smoker for hours. The kids ask for this often.
