I recommend baking for an extra 20 min, as mine was too doughy in the center. it tastes like an apple pie in bread form!

Unfortunately I have never measured it out that way. Just fill the sliced apples in a measuring cup and follow the number of cups suggested. You won’t need the exact measurements to make this apple cinnamon bread – even with some variation the bread will turn out well.
