Hi Emily! So I don’t know much about brandy too. I typically just go to the liquor store and get a fairly reasonably priced one (but not the cheapest). I’ve also just asked the people by the counter for some recommendation for a middle of the road brandy! I don’t have nay specific brands to recommend because I don’t use it very often either 🙂 I don’t think you can go very wrong with it, especially since we aren’t using too much of it in this recipe!
